Senior Product Manager - 1 Year FTC (we have office locations in Cambridge, Leeds and London)

Genomics England is a global leader in enabling genomic medicine and research, focused on creating a world where everyone benefits from genomic healthcare. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take strategic ownership of live, national-scale genomics products and shape the future of the Generation Study.

Requirements

• Experienced Senior Product Manager
• Comfortable owning complex products in live, production environments
• Strategic thinker who can operate effectively under uncertainty and pivot when direction changes
• Strong understanding of data products and backend systems
• Excellent stakeholder management
• A natural connector who seeks out parallels and builds relationships
• Calm, grounded, and proactive
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Preferred: Experience managing product close-down, migration, or transition, Experience with complex data pipelines or bioinformatic / scientific software products, Scientific background
