Advisory Principal, Vice President – English

We are seeking an Advisory Principal, Vice President - English to drive transformation opportunities within large organizations and lead the development of strategic recommendations to enable the overall success of their business. The ideal candidate will have strong advisory experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Requirements

• Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to understand their priorities and state of their business
• Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centers
• Responsible driving growth within a regional or global portfolio ranging from $10m to $35m through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships
• Build vision for portfolio and enable vision through strategic roadmaps including the creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts
• Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and firing team members
