Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, to shape the future of work by driving financial planning and analysis for the BFS business. The role involves yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as providing financial support to the business in short-term and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance
• Relevant work experience
• Good exposure in FP&A domain with relevant years of experience
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Macros / VBA an added advantage
