Job Description
Genpact is looking for an Assistant Manager, Record to Report to manage multiple stakeholders, ensure smooth month end close and reporting, and drive audit results. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of accounting concepts, experience managing a team of 10-15 people, and is proficient in MS Office applications.
Requirements
- MBA Finance (or B.Com degree)
- Meaningful work experience
- CA Inter degree (desired)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Scope for working under different ERP packages – JDE & SAP
