Assistant Manager - SCM Supply Planning

Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager - SCM Supply Planning to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for balancing priorities, analyzing historical data, and providing inventory management support. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a CPG electronics company.

• Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
• Experience in multi-echelon inventory optimization
