Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President- Assistant General Counsel, Americas. The role involves commercial litigation and legal and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will provide guidance on U.S. state and federal legal and regulatory requirements, manage commercial disputes, and lead a team of attorneys and other compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of at least one state's bar and eligible to work as an in-house attorney in New York;
• Experience providing litigation and compliance guidance in relevant industries such as professional services, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or technology/digital services.
• Experience managing other professionals
