Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President- Procurement Strategic Insights and Transformation to drive change and innovation in their procurement function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, MIS, and compliance, with experience in ERPs, BI, and process mining. This is a strategic role within the Procurement Function, reporting into the global Category Management Lead, with a focus on delivering results and driving process efficiency.
Requirements
- Design, implement and monitor organization wide policies and procedures for procurement function in line with organization objectives
- Contribute towards design, implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools ((ERP and process mining/ data analytics) to enhance control environment and process efficiency
- Oversee, develop and implement internal training content, to raise awareness of ERP tooling and processes that support Global Sourcing activities
- Develop data analytics tools and provides data insights to management dashboard reporting on PowerBI (or similar End User Interface)
- Work with cross functional teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of organizational processes
- Lead organizational processes to next level by innovating /benchmarking/ reentering business processes
