Business Analyst

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst/Assistant Manager– Campaign Specialist- Zeta Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for one of the largest North American banks and their retail clients.

Requirements

• Map the business requirement and execute campaigns using SAS / SAS CI for the respective portfolio(s)
• Work with each Service and Horizontal line (internally) to ensure campaign is executed and launched on-time & error free
• Proactively reach out to the marketing managers and highlight any process improvement, ideas and build value adds to the process and the team
