Business Analyst - Procurement

Join Genpact as a Business Analyst - Procurement and build the future with AI. You will be responsible for Purchase Order Management, coordination and communication, reporting and analysis, and follow-up and coordination. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with suppliers, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely fulfillment. You will also be responsible for preparing and reporting on personal KPIs and SLAs, and conducting weekly reviews of open and aging requests.

Requirements

• University graduate in any discipline.
• Procurement experience, especially in the Energy, Power, Aviation, or Automobile industries.
• Sound knowledge of English, both written and oral.
• Practical knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
• Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement processes in the manufacturing industry.
• Basic experience in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
