Consultant – Workday HCM Functional

Genpact is inviting applications for a Consultant - Workday HCM Functional role. In this position, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project, translating client business requirements into specific Workday configurations, and guiding clients during testing cycles and prototype development. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring new and junior consultants in best practices, managing multiple parallel projects, and communicating clearly and concisely. Qualifications include a BE/MBA/M.Tech degree, experience in Workday HCM implementation and support, and strong functional knowledge of at least one Workday HCM module.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
