Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant - Business Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The role involves building and scaling AI solutions, driving change for global enterprises, and solving business challenges. The successful candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, requirement document preparation, and prior working experience with Microsoft Technologies.
Requirements
- Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements and create requirement artefacts
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders
- Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team developers, PM, QAs etc on the business requirements
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, meeting schedules
- Support customers during UAT
- Perform functional testing to ensure requirements are being met
