Lead Consultant – GenAI Engineer

Genpact is looking for a Lead Consultant – GenAI Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in Agentic AI, multiagent orchestration, and LLM-driven agents. Responsibilities include designing and implementing agent-based AI architectures, building collaborative multi-agent workflows, and integrating APIs from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML, multi-agent systems, or LLM-based solutions.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI design, LLM orchestration, autonomous workflows, and RAG architecture.
• Hands-on experience building scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms.
• Excellent understanding of vector retrieval, embeddings, and model evaluation.
