Job Description
Genpact is inviting applications for the Lead Consultant – QA Manual position. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of complex enterprise-wide initiatives and projects, and the ideal candidate should have strong manual testing experience and be able to author Test Plan, design complex test cases, and automate the test cycle process.
Requirements
- Manual testing experience (web-based and mobile applications)
- Ability to author Test Plan and design complex test cases
- Ability to automate test cycle process
- Experience in testing for package, custom and mobile applications
- Experience in functional, performance and mobile testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Project Management and Testing tools (MS Project, JIRA, Selenium, SOAP UI tools desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
