Lead Consultant, QA Manual Tester

We are seeking a Lead Consultant, QA Manual Tester to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by leveraging strong technical expertise and a meticulous approach to quality assurance. As a Lead Consultant, you will design and implement test cases for web, mobile, and service API testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify testing needs.

Requirements

• Design and implement test cases for web, mobile, and service API testing.
• Manage test efforts using Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify testing needs.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business goals.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports on test coverage, execution, and results.
• Identify, isolate, and document defects during the software development lifecycle.
• Suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Execute test plans for Advisor rules and workflow automation.
• Validate selective apply logic and notifications.
• Perform regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
