Lead Consultant - RAG Engineer

Genpact is looking for a Lead Consultant - RAG Engineer to shape the future of work. The ideal candidate has experience in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning systems, professional software development experience, and hands-on experience with running machine learning tests and experiments.

Requirements

• Create and refine prompts that guide gen AI models to produce accurate and relevant outputs.
• Work with data scientists and AI developers to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt effectiveness.
• Conduct experiments to assess the performance of different prompts.
• Experience in OpenAI Playground, Prompt Engineering Libraries, Custom Fine-tuning Services.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools.
• Experience in ML, Data Science basic and advance techniques.
