In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of Workday Integrations, reports for HCM and payroll, integration tests, deployment, and documentation. Requirements

• Requirements analysis, business process analysis with functional SMEs and other system experts.
• Provide effort estimations for technical enhancements
• Design, Develop & Deployment of integrations and reports
• Prepare technical design documents
• Analysis and fix of integration production issues.
• Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company.
• Overseeing failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrations.
• Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process.
• Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday.
