Management trainee accounts payable

Genpact is seeking a Management Trainee-Accounts Payable to join their team. The role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate accounting records, and performing regular GR/IR account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Identifying & understanding the open/reconciling items.
• Investigation and follow-up for resolution.
• Liaison with various departments.
• Ensures accurate accounting records for receipts, disbursements, and other accounting transactions.
• Applying Accepted Procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records
• Good understanding of basic accountancy.
• Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way match, PO, and Non-PO Invoice accounting.
• 3 years of experience in invoice processing.
• Identifying & understanding the open/reconciling items
