Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Manager IT, NonFinancial Risk Management (NFRM) to lead delivery for a Large Global Insurance Company across its Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework. The role requires strong subject matter expertise, team leadership, and the ability to operate independently within a global risk environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management strongly preferred
- Relevant experience in IT risk management, IT audit, ITGC/ITAC testing, and cybersecurity
- Working knowledge of IT/Cyber risk areas, ERP systems, cloud platforms and security frameworks
- Preferred certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, cloud certifications or MBA typically expected
