Manager, Ops Transformation Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Genpact is looking for a Manager, Ops Transformation Business Analyst/ Project Manager to support the delivery of high-impact, strategic initiatives across back and middle office change, risk, and regulatory programmes. The role combines business analysis and project management, requiring the ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, rapidly mobilise to deliver pieces of analysis, and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders and operational staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and project/programme management within banking operations or financial services
• Demonstrable ability to rapidly mobilise and deliver complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements
• Knowledge of transformation and automation tools commonly used in banking operations
