Manager - Order to Cash

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Manager, Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the entire order to cash process and lead a team of 20-25 people. Responsibilities include validating purchase orders, investigating discrepancies, managing collections and dispute management, and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• B.Com graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
• Relevant work experience in Order to Cash
• Very Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage
