Requirements
- Process and people leader with direct independent client relation and client handling
- Leadership experience of managing a team size of 40-60+
- Good knowledge of P&C Insurance Claims, with team leading and client handling experience
- Hands-on MIS skillset to drive insightful performance deep dive with client
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment
