Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Invoice to Cash Collections. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments application and resolution of unapplied cash items according to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• AR- Collections
• Build customer relationships through phone calls and emails
• Maintain client confidentiality and deliver a consistent and professional level of customer service
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Identify and reporting any potential risk as early on as possible
• Maintain regular detailed notes and client information
• Inform sales representatives and Collections Supervisor of significant changes in account status
• Act in compliance with company and Team policies, goals, and procedures
• Work to meet the monthly forecasting and cash collections targets
• Identify and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes
