Genpact is seeking a Payroll & HRSS- Manager to lead a cross-functional delivery team, manage workforce data operations, and provide strategic oversight and operations management. The successful candidate will have extensive prior payroll experience, fluent German language skills, and expertise in global payroll management and compliance.

Requirements

• Lead a cross-functional delivery team of 8–10 staff
• Manage workforce data operations
• Provide strategic oversight and operations management
• Ensure end-to-end accuracy in employee master data transactions
• Maintain documentation and quality controls
• Manage ticket resolution
• Define and implement Global Payroll strategies
• Drive initiatives to enhance Payroll process accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Oversee escalations and provide resolutions for complex process issues
