Principal Consultant - AI Engineer

Ready to shape the future of work? We're looking for a Principal Consultant - AI Engineer to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you'll develop transformative AI/ML solutions, work with clients, and implement GenAI technologies.

Requirements

• Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address clients' business requirements and challenges
• Experience in AI/ML Architecture
• Excellent knowledge on Python
• Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies
• Experience in Agentic AI and RAG
• Cloud Services - AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native
• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept
• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI
• Analyze and resolve architectural problems, working closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques
• Analyzing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability
• Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface
• Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models
• Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations
