Principal Consultant- Databricks

Genpact is seeking a Principal Consultant- Databricks to build and scale AI solutions that redefine industries, with a focus on Databricks, Unity catalog, and infrastructure as a code. The role requires experience with Databricks workspace management, S3 access, cluster and jobs configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, client handling experience, and a degree in BE or Bsc.

Requirements

• Experience as the Databricks account owner, managing workspaces, AWS accounts, audit logs, and high-level usage monitoring
• Good understanding of Unity catalog
• Experience optimizing usage for performance and cost
• Experience of building infrastructure as a code (Terraform/ Cloud formation template)
• Experience as Databricks workspace admin, managing workspace users and groups including single sign-on, provisioning, access control, and workspace storage.
• Experience managing S3 access across a large user base
• Experience managing cluster and jobs configuration options
• Experience with Databricks security and privacy setup
• Experience troubleshooting end user and platform-level issues
• Experience delivering client presentations and demos
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasking on the fly according to the needs of a growing platform and its stakeholders
