Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ITOM SME with strong ServiceNow skills and hands-on expertise in CMDB to help design and improve ServiceNow ITOM solutions, manage and maintain the accuracy and organization of data within the ServiceNow CMDB, and support or take the lead on initiatives related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and other ITOM areas.
Requirements
- Help design and improve ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and organization of data within the ServiceNow CMDB
- Work closely with different teams to ensure the CMDB is well governed and kept up to date
- Support or take the lead on initiatives related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and other ITOM areas
- Identify and resolve issues related to the ITOM platform and connected processes
- Contribute to overall platform improvements and help develop best practices and documentation
