Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead full-cycle Oracle EBS R12.2 implementations, upgrades, and support projects across financial and supply chain modules, with experience in Oracle Cloud Financials and expertise in RICE components, PL/SQL, and integrations.
Requirements
- Lead full-cycle Oracle EBS R12.2 implementations, upgrades, and support projects
- Configure and support financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,EBTax
- Develop and review RICE components and ensure technical deliverables align with functional requirements
- Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, design custom workflows, and troubleshoot application issues
- Ensure compliance with SOX, VAT, and audit requirements; implement internal controls
- Conduct UAT, prepare MD050/BRD documentation, and deliver end-user training
- Stay updated on Oracle patches, new features, and transition strategies to Oracle Cloud Financials
