Genpact is looking for a Senior Principal Consultant – Process Mining to design and implement Process Mining solutions for customers across industries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Process Mining technology, data extraction and transformation, and data analytics. The role involves working on setting up data extraction pipelines, optimizing data pipeline performance, and analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. The successful candidate will have a BE/BTech or MS/MTech degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics, and strong communications and analytic skills.
Requirements
- Design and communicate technical architecture solutions for Process Mining deployment
- Assist customers in establishing connections between their on-premises source systems and the Process Mining cloud environments
- Participate in security assessments and complete security questionnaires
- Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models
- Build Business Process Mining models
- Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline
- Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities
- Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Process Mining engagements
- Work with business process operations team and process SMEs
- Lead the technical team of Data Engineers and Analysts
- Maintain expert knowledge on the Process Mining platform
- Serve as a liaison for the data engineer, analytics platform, and business user
- Lead discussions on operationalization of Process Mining
- Well versed with latest AI capabilities for Process Mining in Celonis and Signavio
- Keen learner and upto date with latest capabilities of Celonis and Signavio
- Deep technical expertise and implementation execution on best practices of process mining
- Communicating directly with business stakeholders, other vendor teams and larger ecosystem
