Process Developer, Claims

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Claims. The successful candidate will work on claims processing, validation, and management, and will be responsible for reviewing and correcting claim details, investigating and resolving complex claim queries, and managing inbox tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Relevant work experience in claims processing
• Ability to communicate efficiently & effectively
• Good skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of different P&C insurance process and procedure in US market
