Senior Consultant, Internal Audit & SOX

Genpact is seeking a Senior Consultant, Internal Audit & SOX to work on projects encompassing the entire gamut of Sox, from conceptualization to implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in service delivery, team handling, and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and lead staff members
• Handle SOX and Audit engagements
• Design and assess process and controls and drive improvements
• Understand the COSO 2013 and experience in process documentation, developing RCMs, report writing, root cause analysis, remediation
• Provide mentorship to other team members
