Senior Manager - Finance Analytics

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager - Finance Analytics to lead strategic initiatives to optimize commercial and financial performance through advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial and financial performance using advanced analytics.
• Lead initiatives to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to drive sales and profitability.
• Hands on financial modelling and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Advanced Analytics - Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
• Team Development - Manage team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Technical experience in Python, SQL, R, and Exposure to Gen AI.
• Unit Testing Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, validation and transformation logic aligns with business rules and reporting standards.
• Experience in CPG / Retail / Healthcare industry would be good to have
• Exposure to Statistical concepts & Modelling.
• Utilize ERP applications/modules and legacy systems for financial data management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen events to improve financial processes.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation related to finance.
