Requirements

• Support Supplier Quality organization with data analysis, aggregation, and reporting of various KPI’s.
• Create RFQ packages for Manufacturing parts across various commodities based on production / project requirements and timelines.
• Setup and Run eRFX events using tools like Arriba including reverse auctions if required.
• Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery, etc.
• Award contract and communicate with Suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers (end-users) to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame.
• Proactively identify opportunities for negotiations, for better commercial or contractual terms.
• Continuously assess the overall spend, identify and implement savings opportunities.
• Analyze the purchasing power of the organization and leverage it in effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure that the purchased services are delivered as per the contractual agreement (SLA, KPI, etc)
