Senior Principal Consultant- Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer 

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cloud with knowledge of different cloud architecture environments, virtualization, and data center automation. The role demands an initiative-taking individual with a strong background in Computer Science/ Software Engineering.

Requirements

• Develop and Maintain Azure Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
• Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef
• Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration
• Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployment is completely automated.
• IaC – Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code; source controlled and versioned.
• Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs, Windows/Linux Server VMs.
• Azure DevOps experience
• Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Serverless Framework)
• Continuous integration and delivery experience
• Cloud Development and Deployment
• Hosting and operations management and monitoring
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with people of varying levels of technical ability.
• Write operational procedures.
• Work closely with Application/Product owners
• Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies.
• Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology.
• Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage, and management products.
