Senior Principal Consultant, Databricks Tech Lead

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Databricks Tech Lead. The successful candidate will lead and mentor data engineering teams, architect and design robust data solutions on Databricks, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• experience in data engineering, with experience in technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in Databricks technologies and data services
• Proven track record in architecting and delivering complex data solutions on Databricks
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
