We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal consultant - GenAI Solution Architect. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing cloud-based infrastructure and solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Requirements
- Guide the dev team on GenAI components.
- Design and develop GenAI solution in different cloud platform
- Design production-grade AI solutions such as intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, and multi-agent decision-support systems
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques to build accurate and reliable AI systems
- Integrate agentic components into enterprise applications with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops
- Review code and maintain technical quality across the team.
- Unblock devs when they face technical issues or defects.
- Work with all teams integrated with Data Agent and understand how each connection works.
- Help shape the integration workflow, discuss options, and finalize the approach.
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure services used in the project.
- Good understanding of GenAI-related components.
- Ability to review code and guide developers.
- Solid experience with system integrations and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Development and deployment of GenAI Solution [Mandatory]
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK)
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
- Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions and enterprise web applications
- Strong understanding of cloud native architecture principles, networking, security, and database concepts
- Experience in the consulting industry, technical leadership, or sales support
- In-depth experience architecting complex Azure public/private cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)
- Experience with modern architecture techniques (e.g., event-driven architectures, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS)
- Familiarity with containerization and PaaS tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, Azure Stack)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools
- Strong client management and professional presence
- 8+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect
- Good to have Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
