Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant ā GenAI Tech Lead to lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Generative AI solutions. The role requires experience in project management, strong understanding of gen AI technologies, and good Python skills. The successful candidate will drive solution design using cloud-native GenAI services and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of gen AI technologies and their applications.
- Good with Python and exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Experience in GenAI solution deployment, validation, and monitoring the model.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira (Good to have).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
