Senior Principal Consultant –Salesforce FSL Tech Lead

Genpact is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant –Salesforce FSL Tech Lead to lead the technical implementation of Salesforce's Field Service Lightning solution. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and experience in the Salesforce CRM platform and its modules, architecture, and best practices.

Requirements

• Owns technical deliveries providing continuous feedback to Project plan, works closely with technical team and the program managers.
• Solution Architecture: Designing scalable and efficient FSL solutions.
• Implementation & Configuration: Setting up FSL data models, work orders, service appointments, and scheduling.
• Integration: Connecting FSL with other systems like ERP and Service Cloud.
• Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices.
• Client Interaction: Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant & Service Cloud Consultant certifications are often required
• Coordinate will all stakeholders specially with functional and technical team.
• Understanding the user stories and ability to convert them into feasible solutions specially using out of the box features.
• Manage resources and provide technical specs to developers and oversee code reviews.
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Review codes and development practice, enforcing standard development practices.
• Candidate should have the ability to contribute Individually, hence hands on experience with Coding, development is a must.
• CI/CD implementation and release management
