Job Description
We're looking for a Principal Consultant – QA Automation & AI Integration (Backend) to build the engine of an AI-assisted testing platform, integrating GPT-4o with QA workflows and enabling testers to move from requirements to automation faster and more consistently.
Requirements
- Build backend services in Python/Flask to support QA use cases
- Implement AI-driven features such as test case and BDD generation, automation script scaffolding, test duplication and coverage analysis
- Integrate GPT-4o responsibly with guardrails, prompt templates, and repeatability
- Design APIs that support test management, automation, and reporting tools
- Persist and version test artifacts in PostgreSQL
- Support integration with CI/CD pipelines and test execution tools
- Write automated tests for backend services
