Sr Manager-Workforce Data Admin

Genpact is seeking a Sr Manager, Workforce Data Admin to drive strategy, governance, and operational excellence for a multi-country HR data function supporting our global client. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, transformation focus, and experience in scaling workforce data operations.

Requirements

• Define and enforce global data policies, process standards, and compliance protocols across all employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and team leads responsible for HR data transactions and administration.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the local HR, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Lead automation, process redesign, and digital workforce initiatives (RPA, AI, analytics).
