Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management

Genpact is seeking a Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management to drive the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide risk management program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) are desirable.
• Strong understanding of, and experience with, implementing enterprise risk management principles and practices in global organizations.
• Outcome orientated with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence to drive the adoption of risk management programs and the implementation of the expected changes in disciplined Risk Management practices.
