Job Description
GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support warehouse raw material and finish products functions. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience and be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Approximately 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
- Solid experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarder management
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GMP/GDP)
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
