Procurement Supervisor, Capex & Construction

GenScript Biotech Corporation is a global biotechnology group seeking a Procurement Supervisor, Capex & Construction to implement strategic sourcing initiatives for services, capital expenditures, and construction projects. The role involves managing the source-to-pay procurement process, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on services and CapEx
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Project management skills, with experience in procurement for construction projects preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage complex situations with internal and external stakeholders to meet the goals
• Proven capability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting priorities and identifying opportunities
