Job Description
GenScript is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cell and gene therapy-related product portfolio across Europe. This role is ideal for a results-driven, self-motivated professional with a strong industry network and deep understanding of the cell and gene therapy ecosystem.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the life sciences or biopharma industry
- Strong experience in cell therapy (required)
- Deep familiarity with the European biotech landscape and core facility ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and leveraging industry networks to drive business outcomes
