Sr. Global Product Manager, Gene & Protein Lab Essentials

The Sr. Global Product Manager will be responsible for managing a global portfolio of equipment and reagents supporting Biologics Discovery. This role will play a critical part in shaping GenScript's global catalog strategy by translating unmet customer needs into scalable, commercially successful products across drug discovery workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences or related discipline
• Master of Science or PhD degrees in life sciences preferred; MBA is a plus
• 5-7 years' experience in Product Management roles in the life sciences industry
• Experience in drug discovery, antibody discovery, or pharmaceutical R&D environments (Pharma, Biotech, or CRO) is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading successful NPI projects and developing business cases
• Strong experience conducting VoC and market research
• Preferred knowledge of gene to protein market
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required
• Preferred Mandarin Chinese proficiency
