We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our hiring initiatives across the United States, Japan, and South Korea in a remote consultant position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
- Proven interview expertise: Strong ability to conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Tech-savvy approach: Experience with or enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and recruitment technology platforms
- Cross-cultural competency: Understanding of hiring practices and cultural nuances in Asian markets
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams across cultures
- Time zone flexibility: Comfortable scheduling across US, Japan (JST), and South Korea (KST) time zones
