Genstone is the holding company within The Fay Group, providing property services solutions to homeowners and real estate investment services to institutional clients nationwide. This role oversees monthly remittance cycles, interim cash collection reviews, and servicing advance reconciliations for Asset Management across designated portfolios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, mortgage accounting or asset management
- Strong understanding of servicing cash flows, including principal, interest, advances and remittance cycles
- Working knowledge of cashflow management and reconciliation processes
- Experience reviewing servicer reporting and performing financial reconciliations
- Previous experience managing people and leading teams highly preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
