The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving the Fay Group’s digital acquisition strategy and supporting business growth across the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a marketing context
- 3+ years of Marketing Lead generation experience with substantial paid budgets (min $50K per month)
- Previous experience in Mortgage, Real Estate, or Financial Services
- Proficiency in CMS tools such as WordPress and Wix
- Experience with Google and Meta platforms (AdWords, Google Console, GTM, GA4, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
