Sr Analyst, Asset Management Analytics

Genstone, the holding company within The Fay Group, provides a suite of property services solutions to homeowners and real estate investment services to institutional clients nationwide. The Sr. Analyst, Asset Management Analytics role supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics across asset management, operations, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and Tableau)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear effective communication
• Experience with SQL or scripting languages preferred
• Experience with ICE MSP system preferred
