Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relations and Digital Marketer. This role is a combination of managing customer relationships and promoting our brand through various digital marketing channels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) and customer relations.
- Strong understanding of customer relations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
