Job Description
The Social Media Manager with Graphic Design & Video Editing will oversee and manage all aspects of social media marketing, develop and implement a content strategy to grow engagement and reach, and create high-quality graphics and edit videos for promotional and organic content.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a content strategy to grow engagement and reach
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost community engagement
- Track trends and adjust strategy accordingly
- Design eye-catching social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Create branded templates for a cohesive social media look
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
- Edit raw video footage into engaging content with animations, text overlays, and effects
- Optimize videos for each platform (e.g., vertical for Reels and TikTok, widescreen for YouTube)
- Add captions, music, and transitions to enhance viewer retention
- Research and implement relevant hashtags for increased visibility
- Optimize captions and descriptions for better searchability and engagement
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
- Create reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement
- Adjust content strategy based on data-driven decisions
